THE TRADITION CONTINUES.
We are proud to continue an area building tradition established by our father in 1939. In 1976, when my brother Richard and I took over the company, it was a custom home building operation with seven employees working out of our homes.

Today, Bales Construction Company owns facilities in Waynesville and Springfield, Missouri, with over fifty employees and thirty million in contracted work. We’ve gone from being the number one custom home builder in our area to being one of the largest commercial builders in South Central Missouri, specializing in Health Care and Educational facilities.

Along with these two fields we have extensive experience in building churches, motels, banks, apartment complexes, food service/retail facilities and office buildings. In addition, Bales has a separate government projects division solely for the purpose of bidding and building government projects.

Our track record shows we are a cost competitive, quality builder with the staying power to serve and take care of our customers after the fact. In each project, we stake our reputation on quality, design, value, staying on schedule and meeting budgets. We are honored to have earned the trust and appreciation of our many customers.

With a third and soon to be forth generation of family in the company, you can be assured the tradition will continue.
