Bales Construction has completed over one million square feet of medical infills, built several medical clinics as well as major additions to hospital facilities.  We have also built several ambulances bases, fire stations, veterinary clinics, dental clinics and and dialysis clinics.  With over 150 projects completed for one client alone demonstrates the consistent quality and performance you can expect.

From complete remodeling of facilities to new ground up, Bales has extensive experience working on college campuses as well as local school systems.  On-time performance is critical for schools who routinely schedule their summer projects.  We have repeatedly demonstrated the ability to complete projects on or even ahead of schedule.

Over fifty years ago Bales built their first church. Since that time we've built and remodeled several churches and are especially proud of our renovations to historic churches we've had the honor of working on.  From the deconstructing and reconstructing of the 118 year old historic Washington Ave. Baptist Church in Springfield Missouri, where we deconstructed the church piece by piece, cataloging all the different parts, refurbishing all the parts and reconstructing it at a new location to modernizing and bringing up to code the Old Stone Chapel at Drury University in Springfield.  decades of experience working in this field gives Bales the ability to accurately expect the unexpected, thereby improving our ability to deliver the desired results.

From stand-alone facilities to shopping centers, motels and fast food franchises as well as industrial complexes, Bales has the experience to build what ever your needs may be.  From 1958 when we built Mooney's IGA, an all masonry building, Bales has constructed all types of commercial buildings from pre-engineered metal buildings, structural steel or whatever components, Bales has been there and done that.

Although Bales just formed this division in 2004, we have been fortunate in assembling a team with over 20 years experience in government contracting working with post facility engineers, GSA, MWR, the Corp as well as state and city projects ranging from small maintenance contracts to five million dollar projects.
