Jim Bales
President/CEO
Joined Bales Construction full time in 1961 and became president of the company upon his father Les’s retirement in 1976. Led Bales in its transition from a custom home builder to a commercial general contractor in 1996.
Dick Bales
Vice President
Dick came into Bales Construction in 1971 after his military service. He became co-owner with his brother Jim in 1976.
Brandon Bales
COO
Brandon, son of Richard, has been with the company ten years, including eight in the field and two in the home office. He is in charge of the day-to-day operations of the Waynesville Division.
June Bales
Office Manager
June is in charge of job cost tracking and payables for all three divisions and has been with Bales for fifteen years. She is the daughter-in-law of Jim.








Renate Phillips
Assistant Project Manager
Renate assists the Project Managers with contracts and purchasing as well as overseeing the different company Insurance needs.
Chase Foster
Assistant Project Manager/Estimator
Along with estimating Chase assists Brandon in the day to day operation of the Waynesville division.

Glen Arrington
Government Division Manager
Glen jointed the management team of Bales in 2006 after an extensive career working on government projects. Glen managers all government projects with over 38 years of government experience.
Bob Knudson
Project Manager
Bob joined the Bales team in 2007 with over 18 years experience working on federal government projects.
Carolyn Anderson
Administrative Assistant
Carolyn joined the Bales team in 2006 with 20 years experience in government projects.

Tracey serves as Division Manager for Bales Springfield division. Tracey joined Bales in 1999 bringing over 20 years experience in residential and commercial construction.
Dennis Bollinger
Project Manager
Dennis joined Bales in 2007. Dennis has over 17 years of experience that includes MRIs, hotels, banks and large industrial warehouse projects.
Tina Brown
Project Manager
Tina is a Project Manager that joined Bales in April of 2007 after working for the State of Missouri for 13 years as a Construction Administrator/Inspector.
Linda O'Brian
Project Administrator
Linda joined Bales in 2007. Linda is assigned to the Springfield office and is responsible for project administration.
